I bought a car Buy a car advertising with no deposit and no residial.
the person brought the car to my house and Isigned a contract that I will pay as I drive and I am driving more then 2000km per month. I was happy that I will only payR499 per month as I will be payed back by Blue lakes, which is the advertiser, R1500 per month.
the person left with all the signed papers and he record every thing on a recorder. I got copies which were not signed.
2 days later some one phone me very chirpy that they alteady got 2calls on my sms number at the back of my car and that I can get R3000 per car which the sale go through.
I was nor sure besause I knew what I have. I told the person several times that I dont want to pay more then theamount that I am going to pay according to my signed contract. He requested me to confirm my Id in order to ensure that I am the rightfull owner of the car. I confirmed it and the next minute my signed contract waschanged to a pay as you earn. Needless to say 3 months later no car was sold on my number and I have to pay R2100 on my Chery QQ.This was recorded and I told them that I did not attend to change the contract, though it was. this is a rip off! Be aware!
