Over a month later and still no response

I refer to my complaint posted on Friday 3rd of January 2014, concerning our atrocious service on the 23rd December 2013 and the week following.
By the 16th of January I had still not heard any response from Dreamnails about this report, so I wrote a negative feedback on the report. I received their reply that afternoon that they would "revert back to [us] shortly".
Now a further 3 weeks has elapsed since that "response" and we still have not heard from anybody.
I don't know if the process stopped with Dreamnails head office or with the Stoneridge branch, but it's time this company acknowledges the customer.
Seriously Dreamnails, your service stinks throughout every aspect of your business. If you don't regard the customer as important, you will soon lose them. You certainly don't have the monopoly on the nail and beauty business. I'm surprised you're still in business at all.
