Hi, I bought a used audi A3 conv in OCT 2013 . at the dealer. while we were buzy signing the papers they gave me a paper to acknowled that I received the spare key which I didn't receive I was promised to receive it on my way out. to my surprise even to date I havn't received it.no wheel spanner no Jack and hub cover remover. I was assisted by salesman Shawn. I have been calling and emailing the dealer speaking to various people still no help. last week I called and ask For the manager I was kept on the phone for more than 20 minutes waiting for the manager (whom I was told his name is Daniel).i hang up and called again 4 times later and requested to leave my number so as the manager can call me back I was told straight that he does not call people back.
its not really impressive for a dealer for not giving after sale service to customers. imagine buying a car over R200k and struggle with such as spare key. I jus want what is owed to me only nothing else. and it mus be delivered to my house.
