R2000 for empty promises

Wife bought a Sandero in April 2012. 2 months ago she took it for its first service. Was discovered that there was no spare wheel. We don't know how or where it could have disappeared. She never checked nor were informed where the spare wheel was in the vehicle. She assumed it was in the boot. Instead the Sanderos is under the car. She told service agent that the wheel must have fallen off or got. The agent said its possible but not likely as the nut that hold the spare had to be loosen from inside the boot. Agent promised to take the matter up with the manager. We never got any feedback. Two weeks later I contacted the manager. Said he will look at file and come back. Got no reply. I called again. Was informed indications are the spare was on the vehicle when it was delivered. I offered to buy new spare. He however promised to take the matter up with the dealer principal to see how they can assist to resolve the matter. No feedback. I called again. He was out of office. Spoke to the dealer principal. Promised to give me feedback. No response. Called again. Promised that they will get back by Friday 2 weeks ago. No response. Last week I spent R2000 to buy a new rim and tire.
