I handed in two items to be cleaned. One was couch covers, which had holes in. I had informed them about this but they forgot to make a note about this. So they apparently could not clean the product. They claimed to have sent me a text about this but could not show it to me. They did not follow up on the text. When I went to collect my items (a week later) they were not in the shop and had not been cleaned. I needed the items urgently and I was told by a very arrogant assistant "sorry for the inconvenience". I asked how they would compensate me and she said they do not do compensations. I asked to speak to the manager but she was not there and they claimed to be unable to contact her. I was told to write my complaint a book, which was filled with other complaints. I clearly stated that I wanted the manager to call me. I have since followed up three times and every time I was told the manager was not there. I believe that this was a lie. I find this unacceptable. At the very least the manager can have enough decency to call and applogise. I think they believe that because they have a good position they can give bad service.
