HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

Firstly, i think you have the worst call centre agents that one can ever get in this life time! they are CLUELESS! I am to the highest level of pistivity! I sold my shares on Wednesday and i got an SMS stating that my shares have been sold for x amount and i will be recieving x amount. Monday, I call the call centre to find out how long it takes for the payment to reflect on my account and this guy tells me that I need to get an SMS first that says they have been sold. I had chosen 1 day for my shares to be available and should they not be matched then they should go back to my account (I expolaned this to him). He then says that i should wait until I get the SMS, hopefully it will be on Wednesday and should I not get the SMS I must just it in and wait!! I HAVE BEEN WAITING SINCE NOVEMBER AND YOU STILL WANT ME TO WAIT??? The feck! I am waiting for an SMS that I might NEVER recieve because you are having problems with your systems. I cant even try and sell my shares again because they are not available. WHAT THE IS THIS??? YOU BETTER NOT TELL ME TO WAIT AGAIN COZ THAT JUST DOESNT DO IT FOR ME! NONSENSE.
