SA Post Office stuff up again

Early December we posted all our Christmas cards to family. Cards to England, Germany and Australia all arived in a reasonable time - even as quick as 5 days to England.

In stark contrast a card sent from Cape Town to Johannesburg only arived a few days ago, after TWO MONTHS!!!

And if ariving that late was not enough, the top of the envelope had been cut off, cutting the card in half. Then to complete the action, your staff could not even seal the card properly. They took the two address stickers off the envelope and placed them over the cut to stop the bits of card falling out.

You charge a drastic premium for cards with the price jumping from R7 to R21 for a few millimetres difference. So you are not only ripping us off with the cost but then you can not even deliver.

This amounts to PATHETIC SERVICE! We have decided (along with thousands of others) to stop using your services.
