I love how you apparently strive to make my shopping experience one to remember.
I will certainly remember my shopping experience today 1 February 2014 as the most unhygienic foul smelling experience ever.

How does a shopping mall as big as yours not have any bathroom facilities for more than 3 hours on a month end weekend?
