Twice in a row now I am not able to purchase movie codes through the website because it keeps throwing an error message saying saying I need to be a Reality member to buy 3D codes, firstly I'm not purchasing 3D codes and secondly I am a Reality member. It is very annoying because I have to contact the call centre where they manually do it on their end which doesn't fix the problem. I need value for what I'm paying for, this is just ridiculous
