False Advertising and a bad attitude

I called ahead to make a reservation for a simple highlight and cut. They assured me that the student price was still the same as last year. When I arrived I was taken straight to a wash basin, was never asked what I was having, so I assumed they knew. When they were done with the wash, and were about to cut, I said, "what about the colour. The lady was very rude, and said I should have said something. Then, without asking what colour, or being shown a colour, she proceeded to mix the colour, and take out foils, when I saw this, I said, I last time they used a cap, because foils are too expensive. She then told me I had to do the foils, so I told her to leave the colour. She cut my hair, and when we arrived at the till she slapped me with a bill off R260 instead of R80. And when I mentioned about the student price she argued that they no longer do that. She then charged the card and gave me a pamphlet which clearly shows the student rates.

Advice? I'm about to write to the local newspaper!
