Unauthorised debit orders

Today i see a random debit order for R299 from Sagepay. upon calling sagepage and enquiring what this debit order is about, they tell me that internation express is debiting from my account. i do not know who international express is or what they do. i never agreed to any of their services. what is even more disturbing for me is how they got access to my banking details because i did not even give them. where did they get my details.
