Delay of marking file for moderation

I submitted my NQF 5 file five months ago and didn't get any feedback until date. I called and even went to the institution many times until I found out that the file was rejected. It was the facilitator's fault that one assessment was missing from the file. I was not informed of these forth coming information for five months. During that period I was unable to apply for any jobs. My time was wasted.
