Contains white powde

I bought a bulk 18-pack of 2-ply premium baby-soft toilet paper, and the pack contained white powder that messes everywhere. There would be confetti everywhere when you unroll the paper.

I tried phoning their helpline twice, and filled in an online complaint form twice, asking please for the paper to be replaced. I have not received any feedback from them, and the helpline was not open during office hours.

Not what I would expect from a premium brand. I have since changed to another brand.
