Laptop dim when charger is not plugged i

I have sent an e-mail to [Email Removed] and to [Email Removed] complaing of the laptop that I am still paying for every month. The screen goes dim when charger is plugged out, which consumes a lot of energy. Home Choice has not contacted me, instead the Call Centre people hang up when trying to make a sale, and I ask that my laptop be collected from my home and looked at.

Disappointed.
