Don't Believe What they are saying

Went to first appointment 11 November. Was told that operation is not successful and that it would cost in access of R80 000. Then I was told their strand by strand membrane is the best choice and would last for a year. I was sent a quote of R13695 for one membrane. (1 year). Also was told it would take 6 weeks for the membrane to arrive.

I make another appointment to confirm and make booking for one membrane. Then I get told there are two different types, European and Indian hair and the European hair is much better but it costs more.

I go with European hair but then later get told that it last for 8 to 12 months. What happened to the year. Now I'm paying for something that could only last for 8 months. Makes it pricy now. Then I get told it would take 8 weeks for the membrane to arrive.

I call 8 weeks later and find out it will take more to like 14 to 16 weeks.

I feel like they are very unprofessional and that they are just pulling wool over my ears. Being to the whole time makes the whole experience very unpleasant. Still don't even know if I'm going to get membrane.
