TERRIBLE SERVICE OVERALL!!!

My husband's car had been booked into Renewit Randurg on 11/12/12 for repairs to be done. A month later we got a call to tell us that the car would be ready in a day's time, then we get a call to tell us that they realize that something wasn't done & then each day they said that the car would be ready the next day or the next week. The car sat at the workshop for more than 2 months & was never done properly at all. The paint work was not the same colour as the rest of the car, two items were from the car, feedback was not provided, attitude was portrayed by staff, were spoken as well. When we went to fetch gthe car there were no lights on the car! The badges on the boot were missing. Renewit talks about giving you your car back in a 'better than new' state which is absolute false advertising! The service is pathetic & I am shocked that this panel beater is backed by Mercedes. Our car is still not finished & we still don't receive the promised feedback. We will never be using Renewit as a panel beater EVER again. Supervisors don't even know what is going on in the workshop. He was shocked when we told him what had happened. Useless customer service!! Disgusted!!!
