DEBIOTING MONEY WITH NO SERVICE PROVIDED AS PROMIS

I applied for debt consolidation with SA CREDIT SOLUTIONS. Selling me their product wasn't a problem but when it came to actually doing as they promised it was terrible. There was NO communication with me, every time i tried to phone or sent an email they would never reply and their line is always engaged. I asked for a cancellation but was told i cant cancel. Then i was told cancellation costs 1000 then it came down to 600 then 300 then they weren't sure. The admin department is pathetic. I got debited R865.00 for there 'SERVICES'. i am asking for my money back because i don't feel it is right for me to pay them anything if they done nothing for me. I am behind with all my payments and my credit record is bad. I queried this with them via email because the phone line is always engaged i got a reply saying that they will speak to the guy in charge and get back to me this was 2 days ago and knowing them i am 100% sure i will not get a reply.
