Inferior quality nappies fasteners & leakage

We have recently purchased multiple packs of nappies for our new born baby as well as our 18 month old baby. At least 6 out of 10 nappies, fasteners break when changing the diaper.. Also when the child wears the nappy, the nappy leaks & "pockets" are crystalizing that falls from the nappy. I also went to Huggies online via the internet to lay a complaint & not even a single comment, phone call or even an email from the supplier... When will Huggies realize that they used to be the best, but unfortunately are no longer. And if the quality is not looked at asap they WILL LOOSE CUSTOMERS for good... Awaiting the response from Huggies
