HORRIBLE NAILS

Sha is based in Primrose out of her house, which was filthy and smelly.
The nails were put on shoddily.
They chipped, and cracked and broke within 3 days of being attached.
The pedicure was just a foot spa and she didn't even clip the toenails or buff the feet properly.

When confronted with the issue, she expressed no remorse and was not willing to refund or fix the problem.
