System does not work

Despite paying in R130 rand and this reflecting on my account. All transactions are still send to VPC after this R130 shows. The system and website is really bad. Does not work with chrome and can't see logged enquiries. They want to force you to get an e-tag. The different pages on the website does not show the same account balance. I give up on e-toll, the website is truly bad. Everything is just automatically handed over to VPC. If you do an EFF it takes 5 days for the system to pick up which is really poor. MasterCard credit cards does not work on the website... I can go on.
