Untraceable reference number endless calls

I purchased a Persian carpet from 5th Avenue Auctioneers in Johannesburg. It had to be sent to Montagu in Western Cape. The reference number given to me twice by Robert in Joburg now cannot be found anywhere on the Time Freight system. The collection was on Tues Dec 10. Someone phoned me on Friday Dec 13 to tell me the carpet was incorrectly sent to Montagu Gardens and would be delivered latest today. More calls but nobody now knows where the carpet is. My phone bill must be huge waiting endlessly for the call centre which is always busy and for a lady called Ms Morton in CT to come back to me!!! So far she has not. TIME FREIGHT WHERE IS MY CARPET!!!
