RAM COURIERS BROKE MY RIFLE STOCK

I got RAM hand to hand couriers to pick up a rifle of mine in JHB for shipment to Cape Town, the agent I spoke to assured me they would mark it " fragile handle with care", to cut a long story short THEY DIDN'T and when the Rifle got here the stock was cracked and broken beyond repair... their version is it wasn't insured as I am not an account holder with RAM, utter B.S. they should have marked it as they promised to and taken more care not to damage it, the owner is a rude arfhole Think twice before you use RAM Hand to Hand couriers, it cost me R8000 to replace the rifle stock, they didn't even offer to pay half, I wouldn't use RAM ever again even if they were the last and only couriers in this country.
