Service is totally terrible. Sent my car for service. They didn't change brakes becoz they could call me to authorize it. Captured my contact details wrong. Told to bring it back on a Saturday, and when I got there, no job card had been open, had to wait 40mins for that to be done. Then the mechanic tells me front disks must be skimmed, and the workshop manager comes back with a different opinion. Do these guys know what they are doing in the first place? Aren't there guidelines on service requirements. How many customers are paying for work that is not necessary in the first place?
