EMPTY PROMISES - NO customer service AT ALL!!!

Reported on my problem with the TATA Hi-Ace that we bought end of last year.

Lady contacted me and made all kinds of promises to sort this out ASAP.
It is now 09.10.13 and yet STILL NOTHING has been done!!!
Vehicle is leaking oil all over the place, air-conditioner STILL not working...

What is WRONG with these people???

This will go to the newspaper's consumer complaints division - I have had enough!!!
