R20 000 for Wedding DVD and Photos

My wedding was on 24 November 2012, I had to pay full amount of R20000 in advance. However, on the 5th of May 2013, I received my photos, but not yet my dvd. Everytime Patrick gives excuses for not delivering. This is very poor service. For everyone that needs any of the services like this, I would not recommend. I still have to find out how I am going to get my DVD from him. I will be adding posts on all the social media. The customers needs to be informed of this poor service.
