Extremely poor service delivery!

I booked my car in for panel beating and asked for a courtesy car, was told i cannot book those as it depends on availability when my car is ready to be brought in. i accepted that and when it was my turn to take my car in i requested a courtesy car and was told i needed to book 1! i was astonished, yet i once again accepted this. they told me the car would take 5 to 7 days to repair. on day 8 i called and asked if the vehicle was ready, they said it would be the next day as the car just needed to be sprayed. 2days later... same story! a further 2 days later i called again and enquired and was told all the work is done the car needs to be polished and ill get it the next day. the next day i drove there to collect the car, i paid cash and waited for the car only to find out it still wasnt polished. they promised to deliver it the next day... which they did however it was still not polished in fact it was dirtier then when it went it! both inside and out! this is really poor from an accredited workshop!
