No Response after promising to follow up

I am beyond disgrantled. I reported Renault last week concerning the spare key that I have been waiting for over 20 months. They have responded to my report saying they will get back to me in 24 hrs. Today is a week since I have been waiting for 24 hours, regardless of the 20 months I have been waiting for. I know for sure that they will respond to this report again with their saying they will respond in 24 hours. I am even thinking of opening a case against them. This is UNPROFESSIONALISM at its best. I really am upset. Please do something before I take even more further steps than I already have.
