They quote one price, in writing, and then charge me 150% more when the part arrives!!

We order parts, get told when they will arrive and when the parts do not arrive on time there's ALWAYS a long & bull story about why we have not received it on time. We in turn have to deal with the clients frustration and anger. This has happened MANY times. Strange how often the delivery truck is always late!
