Poor Service / Passing the backet

I bought a Activa 150CC May 2013 brand new cash.. It first broke down August 2013 received it after 7 weeks 05.10.13. They replaced a part. It broke down again December 2013. Within the 2 months it left me next to the road a few times. While driving the bike cut out and didn't want to idle or start again. The driver came to assist and said it was the carburetor. They collected it from my work place and worked on it. They never even put the cover back beneath the seat. Now i must pay R1200. I left messages no one is returning my calls. The rear tyre also comes off when taking corners. The carburetor picket up dirt but they knew it was giving problems.
