WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I handed in my TV for repairs at Bergen's on 2/12/13.By Thursday 5/12/13 with no feedback I called them for some information and they said they'll get back to me. Two hours later I called again and they said my TV will be ready on Friday 6/12/13. Friday..not ready. Saturday..not ready, said it will be ready by Monday. Monday 9/12/13 I phone THEM again (twice) only to find out that now they can't repair it. Struggling for two days to get TV back. Latest issue..the driver's car is broken. I'll probably end up collecting this myself... as everything else at Bergen's was self-service anyway. DO NOT... EVER... TAKE your TV for repairs with them... unless you're prepared to be made a fool of! The manager never seemed to fussed with my disappointment in their poor service.
