Extremely anoid due to NO service!!

My daughter had an accident with her Java 170 cc - we got a quote for repairs which i accepted and paid the deposit over a month ago - no follow up since then! every time i call the branch the manager is not available! and he NEVER returns my call. i am too scared to approach another branch after i saw all the complaints on Hello Peter! was this really a big mistake buying a scooter from Motomia? just wonder who gets the interest on the deposit paid?? i am very very disappointed at this point in time!!
