Unprofessional business!

These people came to my house for a cockroach problem and when we got back from our holiday, there were still cockroaches! R850 later, I called them to find out what happens next and louis keeps saying he will call me back but never does. I continued to call everyday for 2 weeks from a private number and when they finally answered, I was told that Marius will return to my house at 12pm to fix the problem... I am still waiting at 10.30pm.

Please do not use these artists or you will be sleeping with the roaches like I am today. I WILL be taking them to the small claims court for my money back
