No response from head office

I've being complaining and logging complaints, about our GWM bakkie with all the problems it's giving us. The fact that we've being sitting without any transport for 5days in Cape town on vacation, and that the Turbo are fixed now and now there's a noise at the front wheels, and the best you can do is let the Roodepoort branch, Ontdekkers road phone us, and this is the deal you can trade in our NEW bakkie with all the problems for a SECOND hand car, what with even more problems and no Guarantee??? Really that's it. after all the problems and breakdowns we had with this bakkie that's what you can do to fix the problems?? I am really discussed with the kind of product you sell and the really bad after service you gave, Thank you to Nicki from head office that help sorted the problem when the turbo break in Cape Town.. But that does not make up for the lost vacation days or the other problems we had with this bakkie and the bad aftersales services..
