Kia South Africa Service leaves me speechless

This is one of many forums I plan on exposing Kia of the lack of interest they show to existing clients. I cannot understand the mentality, when buying a new car from them, they will jump at the opportunity to make money but let your car breakdown and on-going issues arise with your new car, NOTHING. I have requested on several occasions to speak with management within Kia, this has gone unnoticed, therefore, I take this as a sign that I am not good enough or big enough to take you on.. think again. #towhatthefutureholds
