Au Pair Travel promised me an experience of a lifetime, I got sent to families that not only emotionally abused me but overworked me to a point where I had a panic attack and stopped breathing. For three weeks I emailed Au Pair Travel asking for help because I was at a point of deep depression and exhaustion but they never once offered help or tried to get me out of there. Once I finally got out of the bad situation and once home the company calls me not to check up on me but is asking for more money... I find it sad and disheartening especially since I am now emotionally and physically suffering from my experience and not once did Au Pair Travel seem to care or try to help me.
