Delayed and unfriendly

My husband needed to have his hair cut and we drove in all the way from pretoria as we always heard that the melrose arch branch is amazing. Little did we know it really was not worth it coming in.

Staff were sooo unfriendly, no one introduced themselves we were just told to wait. So we stood in the middle of the salon quite awkwardly waiting for someone to attend to us properly.

The lady then came to us and told us shes running late which me off even more as we needed to be elsewhere by 3.15pm and our appontment was for 2.30.

The lady only started with my husbands hair 20 min later needless to say we were very late.

Thr least they could have done was call us to inform us they were running late.

Not inpressed at all with the unfriendliness and lack of punctuality.
