I am ignored

Since the inception of TV in South Africa I have paid my TV licence every year since 1976. However, in 2013 I was not billed and I think I also forgot on my own memory. Subsequently, I have inquired as to my TV-licence status 3-times per e-mail and no-one has bothered to reply to me. I want to be paid-up, but all I need is my status. Please advise me what my TV licence status is. My licence number is 115950552
Do I owe anything or am I up to date?
