Poor Quality Product

I have left a previous complaint and someone phoned me and sent a voucher for a new bag of Huggies, thank I appreciate it. I phoned again, sorry I did not take the name... The lady told me that she will send me a bag in which I should put the nappies and then she will find the reason for the leaking of nappies. I had a bag of old (green) nappies and compared it... the new nappies are much thinner and smaller, the size 4 are even smaller than the size 3 (green). You guys should really up a step as you are going to start loosing a lot of clients...
