Car delayed

Cla45 ordered, car was suppose to have arrived first week Jan 2014. To date I do not even know what the vin or engine number is on this car... No one can tell me even though car is Suposedly in the country. With other manufacturers like Bmw you know the vin as soon as car is built. I am leaving end of the week for a business trip and there appears no way to prioritise the shipment of the car... Again with bmw this could be done... Quite disappointed with the inflexible processes you have. I have owned 40odd cars n this is my first experience buying a new Mercedes and I'm not happy
