Umping your car!!!

We took our car there because we have the warranty on that was the specified garage they said we must use.
The car overheated and for normal service then they said the headgasced was cracked so they went and fixed it for 2 weeks we didn't had a car when we whent back to pick up the car it was bumped and o that was not there fault but it was, so they fixed the car and yet another week passed. today when I got the car the car was empty they don't even put the diesel back that they drove out. that you call bad service. and if you want to know something they don't know!!! BAD SERVICE
