I am furious with this SCAMRAL. I have paid my toll fees of R50.95 on the 11th of Dec 2013 and have not used the toll roads during all of December. Then I get a sms saying I owe them R151. I phoned and said I did pay sort your problems out. Then they wanted proof. I sent them my receipt. Then they want my bank statement/credit card statement. I sent them my credit cart statement (with account details scratched out) as proof that I did pay. Then I received a vague invoice yesterday. Tried to get a detailed invoice today and they took me through the online system (guess what the system doesn't work). Then I phoned and got transferred to the same department I was put through. No response on my claim/complaint. THEY ARE A PATHETIC, USELESS BUNCH. Can you please get you act together and let me know what the is going on.
