AAA 4u Mobile Locksmith and bad service

Supplier cut a key (which was broken) for my mother's Fiat Palio in Oct, 2013 and charged R1750. When we lost the key again in December 2013, we contacted him again and he quoted the same price. When he came to deliver the key on Saturday 4 Jan 2014, he only delivered one copy key which we were unable to use to start the engine with, when we called him he promised that a coding specialist would come through and deliver the correct coded key on Monday morning, 6 Jan 2014.By Monday afternoon, he was a no-show and I called him after 2pm to enquire. Turns out he had forgotten about the job and promised again that someone would come through on Tuesday morning. After 5 minutes, he called to tell us that he'll charge an extra R650 for the key due to some codification that would need to be done. I asked him how come the price differs for the same job done barely two months apart and he said the first key was broken and he used it but threw it away after finishing. I then informed him that we do not have an extra R650 lying around and we'd rather he bring our money back and not finish the job and he could keep the call-out fee. He refused and hung-up on us and refused to answer calls/sms
