Non payment for my 4 Cars contracted

In September 2013, I signed a contract with the above mentioned company. The agreement was that they will use my 4 cars and pay me every month. These cars were bringing income to me as I was using them as taxis. This is the 5th month and I have never received a cent from this company. No one is taking ownership of the issue. Basically, they have my cars and they are using them for their benefit. I have spoken to all the people mentioned above and they all seem to be scared of a Mr Le Roux who seems to be one running the show. They do not respond to e-mails, phones or smses. i am in the process of opening a case for and I would like people to be careful and not fall for their trap.
