Worst experience of buying a ca

I initiated a financing deal with Wesbank at the beginning of November. The sale was with a private owner but i got financing with wesbank. The process on its own took a month, which is a 1st i have ever heard off. I had to make numerous calls at my expense to a gentleman called Kriben from Chocolate cars which is a company i was told is used by Wesbank to sort out the ownership of the car and road worthiness. I have had the the car with me for 2 weeks now and it is still registered with the sellers own company, Impilo medicals. I was billed an additional R3000 by Wesbank on my financial contract for the services of this so called chocolate cars who has brought nothing but misery to my life. I have to travel to KZN for holidays this weekend, how do i travel in a car that is not in my name yet i claim to be mine? I ma dissatisfied with the whole process, was treated like a nonentity and now i have a car thats not mine yet i was billed for non existent service. i need a response urgently and i need my car registration sorted in 24hours, i am not doing any running around, the disc will be delivered to me by Wesbank, enouhg is enough.
