SPEED SERVICES - No at all Speedy

Why offer a service (which is charged for) and does not happen. I used Speed Services to get a document that need to be delivered to St Francis Bay Post Office. Reference No TC205098727ZA. Date of Acceptance 27/12/2013. Delivery - Still waiting. Call Centre 0860023133 - I have been following up since last Saturday. Lots of promises but no delivery. Call Centre personal do not answer the phone. I will not be using this service again and I will not pay for the documents to be returned to me either. Post net would have been a better option or driving myself!!!
