UPFRONT PAYMENT WITH NO DELIVERY

I paid a few thousand rand for promotion up front in order to receive a discount. I received a few of the items paid for, but did not receive the bulk of the items. After months of chase up, I still have not received the balance of the order for them and in effect have lost thousands of rands. Seems extremely criminal.
