Rotten service at ROOTS

On the 31st of December i was at roots to buy meat for a braai. apparently the package that selected had no price tag and no bar code. the Teller demanded i go back to get the price as she cannot charge me for the meat. i advised her that it was the last package on its shelf and there was no price. she then told me to leave that package, go join a long-line and get a different combo. when i refused she raised her voice at me and called me stupid. i called for her manager to advise of the service that i am getting and she had the nerve to tell be if i do not want to buy i should go to another butchery. the worst service ever and i would like for roots to do something about the girls attitude if they still want my support.
