Ghost management

I have never been more disgusted by a service provider than Joburg movers!
I asked many times about the moving process and what happens in certain scenarios. I was reassured that all be fine. The company uses pathetic people who do not know what they are doing, I have paintings, walls, furniture and floors damaged thanks to this company. I wrote in so may times to complain and Liz keeps saying she wrote to management. This ghost management however never seems to respond. I have come to believe that Joburg movers is a and you will never hear from Management! Don't use this service provider.
