Really aweful smell

I have been smoking Kent White for many years - since it was still Benson & Hedges. I have always been very happy and considered it to be a classy cigarette. However, the last 3 cartons I bought suddenly smells very bad. It also makes me cough which never happened before. I kept searching for the bad smell until I realised it was my Kent White! I am very disgusted. If the manufacturers decided to change the ingredients, they should have informed the consumers as we are paying for the same product but we seem to be getting another. I have now reached the point where I am considering giving up completely instead of changing brands because it is just too difficult to find another brand that I am happy with. Also, wasting money on trying other brands does not make any sense.
