WHEN SIGNING THE CONTRACT FOR MY CAR, THE FINANCE LADY INFORMED ME THAT I SHALL BE PAYING AN ADDITIONAL FEE OF APPROXIMATELY R200 OF THE MONTHLY INSTALMENTS. SHE MENTIONED THAT THE REASON FOR THIS WAS THAT MY SALARY WAS NOT THAT GOOD.I PHONED WESBANK RECENTLY AS I HAVE CHANGED JOBS ASKING IF THEY CAN OVERLOOK THAT EXTRA FEE. IT TURNS OUT THAT I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A CUSTOMER PROTECTION POLICY. THE BENEFITS OF THIS POLICY WERE NOT COMMUNICATED WITH ME. I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY DOCUMENTATION DETAILING THE TERMS OF THIS POLICY. I WAS MISLEAD INTO A CONTRACT THAT I WAS NOT INTERESTED IN. I HAVE LOST CLOSE TO R6000 THAT I COULD HAVE PUT TO GOOD USE. VERY BAD SERVICE FROM FORD HATFIELD AUTO. THIS IS A ACTIVITY AND I SHALL NOT ENGAGE INTO ANY BUSINESS WITH THEM IN FUTURE
